Nate has worked within the recruitment industry for over 20 years. His passion for this field comes from his belief that the work we do changes peoples' lives. 

Nate has a proven track record of filling the hard-to-find positions and throughout his process, he offers unique market insights and real world market feedback. He values honest, straight-forward discussions and will work tirelessly to help you be successful. 

While he has a breadth of experience in numerous industries, Nate's area of expertise has been with medical device and manufacturing companies. He has successfully recruited talent, from leadership positions to individual contributors, within engineering, logistics, marketing, operations, planning, procurement, project/program management, regulatory affairs,  and R&D. 

Julie has worked within higher education for over 20 years. She is a strategic thought leader who is bring her expertise for leadership and talent development to the recruiting world. Julie believes in helping people identify and leverage their personal strengths. Her passion for this work is driven by seeing people find positions where their strengths are best utilized.

Julie has worked to develop individuals and teams in the areas of assessment; communication; conflict resolution; diversity, equity, and inclusion; emotional intelligence; onboarding and training; problem-solving; risk analysis; strategic planning and visioning; strengths-training; and systems-thinking.
